Meet the Team

"A 2001 graduate of the College of Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas and principal Architect of Metroscape Design and Construction. Arch. Lazo believes that architecture is a passionate and infinite journey of great understanding of people, spaces and materials.
Innovative, reliable and practical are but a few sterling qualities that paved the way to Arch. Lazo's current success. He taps into integrity, commitment and professionalism as guiding principles in every endeavor--three critical elements that solidity makes him an easy favorite by many clients.
While he favors Asian Modern and Modern Tropical design for being schemes that best suits our country owing to the opportunity to an architecture design that blends well with the environment and one that gives meaning to the Asian culture, he understands what it means to be flexible. He remains grounded with the knowledge that most projects, especially residential ones are deeply personal.
It is for this reason that he identifies the design development stage as the most crucial part of every project. And in order to successfully interpret his clients' needs and wants into design requirements, he makes sure that he hears out his clients' suggestions and eventually converts it into design concepts. He succinctly put it as,
"HEARING A CLIENT IS NOT ENOUGH. LISTENING IS A START, UNDERSTANDING IS THE VITAL PART; FOR SOME OF THE BEST IDEAS COME FROM THE CLIENT."
And that's the modern-day architect for you."
